Posture Plaques

The merits of good posture and the repercussions of bad posture were thoroughly discussed in the circa 1870's elementary physiology book from which these images were gleaned. Posture plaques and other anatomical goods in the shop tonight. I think I'm sittin' up a bit straighter in my chair now.

  2. This is a great health blog topic. Feel free to hear me out. Humans have such the way of making things too complex. Posture is biomechanically based. There is no need to make posture correction all that complicated, when targeted stretching and strengthening is all you need to correct it. The innovators at this company have provided an exercise machine that does it all in one motion: http://www.improveposturenow.com/How-it-corrects-posture.html
. If you own this machine there is simply no excuse to have bad posture anymore. It’s so easy that children 12 years and up can do it, including the elderly.
