When Patrick arrived home from class on Friday night, Lizzie and I marched him right back out the door so we could make it to the see our local Christmas Parade. To get him in a more festive mood Lizzie insisted he wear a Santa hat--and he DID--the entire night (I was so proud of him)! Unfortunately most of my pictures didn't turn out but you get the idea. We got there a bit early, grabbed some coffee and looked around at the Aggieville shops window displays. The parade was a true small town parade with local school bands performing and floats every kind--bikes, lawnmowers, trailers, shopping carts, a stretch limo and of course a horse and carriage for Santa Claus. Hope you had a festive weekend too!

ReplyDeleteI miss the small town stuff so much.
It really is a dying art.
Oh, that store front is too funny!
Looks like you had a wonderful time.
