Happy Earth Day All! We're about to head out to our favorite walking trail with trash bag and gloves in hand to clean up wayward litter. Take a peek at the treasury I put together to celebrate Earth Day--it's titled The Color Earth but it ain't as pink as Lizzie's version!

Rainy Day Painting

We've had many rainy days this week so it's been hard to get outside and play. Lizzie has spent several hours in the garage painting. Our favorite painting this week is of a robot riding her house-on-a-wagon down the train tracks with the volcano erupting in the background. Oh yes, and a rainbow-haired girl with her dolly. I'm going to sign off a bit early this week and see you back here on Monday morning. Happy Father's Day to all the wonderful Dads out there! Wishing you a beautiful weekend.

Scepter Wall Doll

A new wall doll assemblage has been posted in the shop today, her name is Scepter cuz she looks just like one! The painting in the background, Body with Elegy, was one of my very first Etsy acquisitions back in 2006. Gabrielle Jesiolowski is a talented mixed media artist--you can view more of her work here.
