Jester Assemblage

Jester, mixed media assemblage

I had a request for another wall assemblage in this vein so I've created a jester. Figured it would be a fun piece to ring in the new year. He is a very jolly fellow indeed. Next up is a slew of art blocks which may or may not include a nod to St. Valentine.

Miss Prism

Meet Miss Prism....she tends to cast a kaleidoscope of color everywhere she turns. Kinda like the prism that resides on the windowsill of my studio.

Popping in to let you know I'm taking off for a bit o' family time. See you back here on Monday. Have a beautiful week & weekend too ;)

Rainbows 'n Cupcakes

May your last day of summer be filled with rainbows 'n cupcakes :) We're planning to kick off the new season with another family bike ride this weekend. What are your plans?

Vintage Watercolor Tins

This slew of old lithographed watercolor tins was a lucky score on Ebay. I love thinking of all the pictures painted by kids (all grown up now) with these partially used cakes of paint! It was a pleasure to photograph these as a collection and put them together into smaller groupings which will make their way into the shop later on in the week.

Truly Special

Just want to say...

...I had a truly special Mother's Day weekend.

Thank you Lizzie.

Have a bright, sunshiny-as-a-dandelion week!
