Circus Wagon no 2
Circus Wagon, mixed media assemblage
The original circus wagon I created earlier in the year was such a hit I decided to make version no 2. Of course it helped when I came across a broken toy tractor at an antique shop a couple weeks ago. The wheels were p-e-r-f-e-c-t circus-wagon-wheels and I knew it was meant to be.

K. This is what happens when I stay up way past my bedtime tinkering in the studio. Not cool for anyone who may suffer from a fear of clowns. Luckily (as you know) I do not! That said--I do hope this little trick-or-treater finds a new home quickly 'cuz quite frankly he's a little too creepy even for me!

Halloween Art Blocks
Goblins, ghouls, jack 'o lanterns, haunted houses, trick-or-treating children, windy days, spider webs 'n fairies are taking over the shop. The first bunch 'o Halloween art blocks was added over the weekend. Enjoy!

Mushrooms & More
Several new Prickly Plaques were created over the weekend and are now in the shop. Images this time 'round include mushrooms, a spine, muscles of man, a skeleton (Halloween anyone?) and a dissected hand. I'm looking forward to a new week in the studio. How about you?

Hearts And A Vagina
A few more Prickly Plaques (3 hearts and a vagina) were posted in the shop last night. I'll do my very best to have more collage blocks ready over the weekend as I know many of you have been inquiring and waiting patiently. For some reason, even though we were snowed in all week, it's been hard to get everything done--possibly a slight case of cabin fever gaining ground on my homebody self? I sure hope not! Anyhow, I'll be in the studio for the weekend and see you back here on Monday. Have a beautiful weekend (snowed in or not)!

Prickly Plaques
Three new prickly plaques were posted in the shop last night. I'm trying to put all of that heart imagery I gleaned to good use and even have another "Eat Your Heart Out" place setting coming together in the studio. Hope you had a good weekend too. Happy Monday!
